It is with the use of nature's foods and liquids that we have nourished us and survived. Now our own sciences and knowledge have allowed us to heal many sicknesses to avoid early death and to prolong our lives. The first factor nevertheless remains totally true: we must continue to consume only natural liquids and foods which have allowed us to evolve to the advanced species which we have become. The word organic should be replaced by the word natural. The absolute requirement is that we must continue our evolution and Earth destiny by refusing to consume anything that is not 100% natural. Examples: - only natural water, real fruit juices and milk, nothing carbonated or doctored into soft drinks, wines and alcohol should be drunk. - only totally natural vegetables, grains and meats, nothing in cans or doctored by chemical or other processes should be eaten. Return to nature must be the overarching new fundamental rule of our and of the Earth's further evolution. Of course this implies not to kill nature.
