When I called a lawyer friend about the idea of nature courses and
asked if he could get for me the legislation ruling the golf
courses he said to me that the golf courses have become immensely
rich all over the world and have even a magazine which gives all
the details. He will find out for me. I said to him: these people
didn't want to become rich, that was definitely not their
objective. But the cities have grown and have come closer to the
land of the golf courses which when they sell a piece of the land
make a big profit. This is happening everywhere in the world, the
land is becoming more and more the best, the safest capital on
Earth, the one with the minimum risks.
