Thus, governments, the media and the public would receive comprehensive year after year diagnoses of the world condition. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living Chapter 12 - Of Forgiveness Forgiveness can also help to implement your decision "not to let anyone take away your happiness." Forgive the misguided people who hurt you and they will not be able to erode your happiness. On the contrary, love them. * UN News: UN Chronicle, United Nations News Service, UN Wire Archive References: Earth Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights Rights of: Children,Women,Indigenous People To Be Written: Rights of Nature, Birds, Animals, Fish, etc. Daily Ray of Hope Photo by Matthew Beziat | Marbled orb-weaver at Quiet Waters Park in Annapolis, Maryland The summit is what drives us, but the climb itself is what matters. ~ Conrad Anker More from Robert Muller: RobertMuller.org Subscribe to/or unsubscribe from Robert Muller's GoodMorningWorld.org Click on any of these tags-labels to see more entries from Robert that have the tag-label:

[GMW #2872] Think Ahead For A Thousand Years For Everyone - People & Nature

[GMW #2872] Think Ahead For A Thousand Years For Everyone - People & Nature Monday 16 December 2013, Editor: Easy RobertMuller.org| Contact| Subscribe | Unsubscribe Biography | World Core Curriculum | Store | Facebook | Twitter GMW Blogs: English | Portuguese | Spanish | Tagalog | Dutch Idea Dream -Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 3500 ~ Idea 3267 ~ The Earth: "Dear Robert, one problem with you humans is that you do not look at the consequences of your actions on the long-term future.  I have existed for billions of years and will still survive for many millions of years.  You exist only for 100,000 years and if you do not change course you might vanish in the next 1,000 years.  The least I expect from you is to think ahead for these 1,000 years, but you do not do that.  Your leaders do not think beyond the next elections and future stock markets.  You have no Ministries of the Future, no main organ in the United Nations dealing with the future and you think that you are intelligent.  And I will have to deplore the vanishing of my most advanced, precious species." I: You are right but there are increasing numbers of people who are beginning to look into the far future.  There is in particular the Foundation for the Future in Bellevue, Washington which is looking as far as the year 3000.  I will suggest to that foundation to create an International Association of Futurologists to the Year 3000. Barbara, having listened to you will also open a web-site, 'Save the Earth' on which you and the people can express their concerns and ideas.  This will be broadcast by the International Radio for Peace attached to the UN University for Peace and the Earth Council in Costa Rica. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume III Chapter 2 The Miracle of Life Giving I wish the people of this planet would cease to "belong" to groups or to be "special people" who proclaim that they are superior to others or that they hold the ultimate truth given to them by nature, by God, by sacred scriptures or by social reformers.  If we found another planet in the universe with so many "ultimate truths" - economic, social or religious - we would consider its people utterly misguided and would ask them to put their thinking and house in good order.  Why don't we start with ourselves? * UN News: UN Chronicle, United Nations News Service, UN Wire Archive References: Earth Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights Rights of: Children,Women, IndigenousPeople To Be Written: Rights of Nature, Birds, Animals, Fish, etc. HeartMath.com  Your vision will become clear only when you look into your heart ...
