[GMW #4471] A Worthy World Economic System That Protect Earth

[GMW #4471] A Worthy World Economic System That Protect Earth Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000

~ Idea 4857 ~
There is no good, valid reason why in more and more US supermarkets dozens of cheeses from all around the world are being offered for sale.  Most of them will not be sold and will be thrown away.

Is that a worthy world economic system?

It applies to many other merchandises called 'goods'. Is it not awful that one half of all western production (three quarters of US production) becomes waste?  In what kind of a world are we living, accepting it without serious protests?

The Earth:
"Dear Robert, I am glad that you are saying that. I would love it if there were more Earth protesters on my surface to help me survive and not see my precious nature destroyed."

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living
Chapter 6 - Of Hope

Do not brandish only the world's problems, but also your ideas, your dreams, your suggestions, your enthusiasm and your hopes.

[GMW #3907] CANTICLE OF BROTHER SUN By St. Francis of Assisi

[GMW #3907] CANTICLE OF BROTHER SUN By St. Francis of Assisi Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4300 ~
INTRODUCTION - THE CANTICLE OF BROTHER SUN

Most high omnipotent good Lord, Yours are the praises, the glory, the honor and all blessing. To you alone, Most High, do they belong, And no man is worthy to mention you. Praised be you, my Lord, with all your creatures, Especially Sir Brother Sun, Who makes the day and through whom you give us light.

And Brother Suns is beautiful and radiant with great splendor, And bears the signification of you, Most High One. Praised be you, my Lord, for sister Moon and the stars, You have formed them in heaven clear and precious and Beautiful. Praised be you, my Lord, for Brother Wind, And for the air — cloudy and serene — and every kind of weather, By which you give sustenance to your creatures.

Praised be you, my Lord, for Sister Water, Which is very useful and humble and precious and chaste. Praised be you, my Lord, for Brother Fire, By whom you light the night, And he is beautiful and jocund and robust and strong. Praised be you, my Lord, for our sister Mother Earth Who sustains and governs us, And produces various fruits with colored flowers and herbs. Praised be you, my Lord, for those who give pardon for your love And bear infirmity and tribulation, Blessed are those who endure in peace, For by you, Most High, they will be crowned. Praised be you, Lord, for our Sister Bodily Death, From whom no living man can escape. Woe to those who die in mortal sin.

Blessed are those whom death will find in your most holy will, For the second death shall do them no harm.

Praise and bless my Lord and give thanks And serve with great humility.
~ St. Francis of Assisi

Do not concentrate on your little woes and worries.  See the beauty and uniqueness of your miraculous being.  Little imperfections and accidents are your safeguards.

[GMW #3852] Be Worthy Of Living Well With Nature

[GMW #3852] Be Worthy Of Living Well With Nature Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4247 ~
Nature is for me my immediate vision and television.
I can look at her endlessly with utmost fascination and love.

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume I - The Great Scene of Creation
Chapter 5 - The Miracle of Individual Life

What a stupendous happening it is in the universe when on a tiny planet of rocks and water, innumerable species' can see, hear, walk, fly, swim, sing, build, and that one of them has been able to transform itself into a new species by multiplying:

- the power of its hands through incredible machines and factories;
- the distance of its legs through boats, trains, cars, airplanes and space vessels;
- the range of its eyesight through telescopes, television, microscopes and atomic bubble chambers;
- the range of its hearing through telephone, radio, sonars and satellites;
- the capacity of its mind, memory and imagination through electronic brains and computers.

We must be proud to belong to that species and through right knowledge and behavior be worthy of the privilege of living on that planet and of not impairing its future.

The earth never tires,
The earth is rude, silent, incomprehensible at first, Nature is rude and incomprehensible at first,
Be not discouraged, keep on, there are divine things well envelop'd, I swear to you there are divine things more beautiful than words can tell.
~ Walt Whitman

[GMW #3832] Send Out Your Ideas About Love

[GMW #3832] Send Out Your Ideas About Love Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4227 ~
I will send to Mrs. Karen Olsen Figueres an excerpt of all my ideas on Costa Rica and love.

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume III - The Seasons of Life

Texts which have Guided me in my Life

Whenever I feel discouraged, or the victim of an injustice, I invariably find comfort and reinvigoration in one of the following beautiful texts from the world's great ethical writings:

Be Happy

Brethren, rejoice and always be happy. I repeat it to you: always be happy.  Proclaim your serenity to all, for the Lord is near.  Without fear, in any circumstance, explain to God your problems, pray to Him and be filled with gratitude.  And the peace of God which surpasses all imagination will bless your heart and your spirit.  Brethren, fill your mind with everything that is true, everything that is noble, everything that is good and pure, everything that we love and honor, everything that is virtuous and worthy of praise... and the peace of God will be with you.

[GMW #3624] Do Your Utmost To Be Worthy Of Life

[GMW #3624] Do Your Utmost To Be Worthy Of Life Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000
~ Idea 4019 ~
I am so incredibly privileged with an exciting, wonderful, endlessly varied, multi-faceted life. David Gaughen, the son of my wife Barbara said to me: "A million people would exchange their life with yours." I must never forget this remark. When I appear before God I must be able to say to Him that I did my utmost to be worthy of it.

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume III - The Seasons of Life
Chapter 3 -
The Miracle of Childhood

Parents should ask their children at an early age what their strongest, real dream or dreams are, before society and the media impose their artificial, often distorted, wrong dreams.  They are a deep, instinctive indication of the child's God-given capacities, intended purpose and contribution to the further evolution of humanity.
