Now that the cold war is over, thought should be given to a better world regional system: the UN Regional Economic Commissions could be merged with existing broader regional organizations, such as the Organization of American States, the Organization of African Unity, the European Union. These organizations would become regional arms of the United Nations, headed by five regional Secretaries General of the UN.

| Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume III Chapter 3 The Miracle of Childhood | | What We Should Tell The Children
Children should have the opportunity to learn from many people. Everybody should be a grandfather, a grandmother, an uncle, an aunt, a brother or a sister to a child. Everything has been lived,
everything has been thought,
everything has been dreamt and felt,
everything has been said:
but the great art of living is to live it all over again,
to think it again,
to dream it again,
to feel it again,
to say it again yourself.
We are both fundamentally the same and each unique and forever unrepeatable. This is one of the beauties of human life in the universe. This is what we should tell children. * | |
