Opponents to it are bound to lose. They run against an inevitable evolution. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living Chapter 12 - Of Beauty and Arts Beauty seldom means strength and power. True beauty reflects peace and serenity. * UN News: UN Chronicle, United Nations News Service, UN Wire Archive References: Earth Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights Rights of: Children,Women,IndigenousPeople To Be Written: Rights of Nature, Birds, Animals, Fish, etc. WORD FOR THE DAY We are cups, constantly and quietly being filled. [GMW #4789] Increase Zones Of Peace - Demilitarized States Of The World

[GMW #4789] Increase Zones Of Peace - Demilitarized States Of The World Friday, 25 February, 2021, Editor: Easy RobertMuller.org| Contact| Subscribe | Unsubscribe Biography| World Core Curriculum | Store |Facebook | Twitter GMW Blogs: English | Portuguese | Spanish| Tagalog | Dutch Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000 ~ Idea 20 ~ 30 July 1994 I hope that many countries will follow the example of Costa Rica and Panama and will demilitarize themselves by Constitution. There are already 14 of them in the world. They should create an association of demilitarized states and show others how it can be done, and what immense benefits they derive from it. Those which are members of the United Nations should create a Group of Demilitarized Countries at the UN. To begin with, all Central American Republics should imitate Costa Rica and Panama and make Central America a demilitarized zone of peace. To reduce the impact of unemployment, a good part of the militaries should be transformed into environmental and productive forces (reforestation, road construction, rehabilitation of the inner cities, etc.) possibly with financial help from rich countries. Here is the list of countries without armies: Costa Rica, Dominica, Kiribati, Liechtenstein, Mauritius, Maldives, Monaco, St. Kitts and Nevis, St. Lucia, San Marino, St. Vincent and the Grenadines, Solomon Islands, Panama. 1996: also Haiti 12 more countries have no army but defense arrangements with another country: Andorra (France), Cook Islands (New Zealand), Gambia (Senegal), Iceland (USA), Marshall Islands (USA), Northern Marianas (USA), Federated States of Micronesia (USA), Niue (New Zealand), Palau (USA), Tuvalu (UK), Vanuato (Papua New Guinea) Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living Chapter 12 - Of Beauty and Arts May your life be a beautiful work of art. Work at it always. Make it your priority, your purpose, your ideal. Be able to say to yourself: I have made my life a resplendent work of art. * UN News: UN Chronicle, United Nations News Service, UN Wire Archive References: Earth Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights Rights of: Children,Women,Indigenous People To Be Written: Rights of Nature, Birds, Animals, Fish, etc. Daily Ray of Hope Photo by Ashala Tylor Images | Lake Los Carneros in Goleta, California It is only when the mind and character slumber that the dress can be seen. ~ Ralph Waldo Emerson More from Robert Muller: RobertMuller.org Subscribe to/or unsubscribe from Robert Muller's GoodMorningWorld.org Click on any of these tags-labels to see more entries from Robert that have the tag-label:
