[GMW #4308] Ministry Of Death And After Death     Thursday 20 June, 2019, Editor: Easy RobertMuller.org| Contact| Subscribe | Unsubscribe Biography| World Core Curriculum | Store |Facebook | Twitter GMW Blogs: English | Portuguese | Spanish| Tagalog | Dutch Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000 ~ Idea 4696 ~ With a yearly number of more than 50 million dead people, increasing each year with the world population increase and aging, I feel that the time has come to create in governments a Ministry of Death and After Death.  Such a ministry would deal among others with the following subjects: - the form of disposal of deceased persons, preferably by burial, i.e. return to the Earth - inheritance laws - making sure that the government does not overtax unduly the heirs, which is the case almost everywhere in the world now - find out if the deceased has not left behind any worthy memorabilia, books, art, unpublished manuscripts and archives which might be important to the local, national and world history - control of funeral firms, remembering the case of the French firm which for fifteen years did not burn the bodies, disposed of them in other ways and gave the families urns containing sand! For example, when I speak of dreamology I hit on something important, namely that we are lacking on this planet a science of dreams, of our human dreams, including global ones. We deal of course with it in psychology, philosophy and other sciences, but this is so important that it merits to be a science of its own, a separate Department in Universities. We should also have another science called spirituology, the science of spirituality, the science of the soul in all religions and in all human affairs, in our daily lives. Yes, a science of the soul is a must. Such movements are now mushrooming on peace, human rights, racial and gender equality, the environment, etc. More are needed on the concepts and practices of hope, love, forgiveness, compassion, thanksgiving, altruism, philanthropy, gaiaphily, cooperation, etc. I am glad that an Institute for the Science of Hope has been created in New York and an Institute for Forgiveness in Lawrence, Kansas. These should be accompanied by world associations or people's movements for hope, for forgiveness, etc., similar to those existing already for peace, the environment, etc. There should be world days of hope, love , compassion, etc. The US Thanksgiving Day should become a world day.
