It is apparently due to insufficient oxygen in planes. There is need for a world survey and study of the effects of lack of oxygen and existence of bad air in the world, especially in cities, factories, means of transportation and buildings. The air humans are breathing in some of the biggest cities of the world is equivalent to smoking two packs of cigarettes a day. In Mexico City people are bringing cages of birds to the center of the city to see how long they live before the bad air kills them. The time is long overdue to create a UN World Agency of the Air and Atmosphere. And yet social scientists are not interested in this new, major evolutionary anthropological phenomenon. World servants who make new unprecedented contributions to human philosophy and evolution receive no attention. Those who are writing their memoirs and proposals cannot find publishers. I recommend that a World Foundation for World Civil Servants be created, funded by global philanthropists and legacies from living and deceased world servants, their friends and families. Such a foundation would publish the works of world servants. Several such statistics and others would be revealing. Thus on 13 December 2000, having received at the age of seventy-seven the most perfect evaluation of my heart's condition by a cardiologist, I woke up at 4:00AM the following morning with this duty on my mind: I should write or collect during my remaining years the most important anecdotes and events of my life the most important lessons I learned from life the most important enlightenments I received the most important letters I wrote the most important speeches I delivered my most important actions the most important people I met the most important defeats in my life etc. It is my duty as an elder to transmit my experience, wisdom and advice regarding the mystery and miracle of life on this miraculous planet.
