Well I betrayed them with my 5000 ideas. If they were alive today they would probably say to me, "No, that was all right because you gave them good ideas, not ideas which would make things worse." Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living Chapter 7 - Of Optimism Optimism and pessimism are forms of imaging, of thinking. The image, the thought is the first step towards a new reality. The Greeks held and the Hindus hold the view that all reality is the product of thought. In Hawaiian language Hana, i.e. action, means 'movement following a thought'. * UN News: UN Chronicle, United Nations News Service, UN Wire Archive References: Earth Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights Rights of: Children,Women,IndigenousPeople To Be Written: Rights of Nature, Birds, Animals, Fish, etc. Daily Ray of Hope Photo by Gary Powell | Goldfinch at Monticello Trail in Charlottesville, Virginia Success seems to be largely a matter of hanging on after others have let go. ~ William Feather More from Robert Muller: RobertMuller.org Subscribe to/or unsubscribe from Robert Muller's GoodMorningWorld.org

[GMW #4130] Ask Yourself What Your Cosmic Destiny IS

[GMW #4130] Ask Yourself What Your Cosmic Destiny IS Monday 15 Oct, 2018, Editor: Easy RobertMuller.org| Contact| Subscribe | Unsubscribe Biography| World Core Curriculum | Store |Facebook | Twitter GMW Blogs: English | Portuguese | Spanish| Tagalog | Dutch Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000 ~ Idea 4516 ~ The Hindus believe that the life of each human being is ruled by a cosmic destiny inscribed in the stars, that each human contains a parcel of the universal soul. Have you ever asked yourself what your cosmic destiny is? I did it very early in my life and found that it was to work relentlessly for peace and a better world. I was part of the cosmic universal soul and evolution and I derived untold happiness from it. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume I - The Great Scene of Creation Chapter 2 - Our Miraculous Planetary Home When the Bangladesh upheaval broke out, the Ambassador of Pakistan exclaimed in response to a speech by India: "What you call right to self-determination, we call treason." How many times do we hear people called patriots by one side and traitors by the other! This can end only after humanity has organized itself into one family under one government, one world morality and one world law and ethics. The world's 191 nations must be molded into one Earth community, a democratic World Republic. * UN News: UN Chronicle, United Nations News Service, UN Wire Archive References: Earth Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights Rights of: Children,Women, IndigenousPeople To Be Written: Rights of Nature, Birds, Animals, Fish, etc. Daily Ray of Hope Photo by Rob DeGraff | Carrizo Plain National Monument, California The fields and the flowers and the beautiful faces are not ours, as the stars and the hills and the sunlight are not ours, but they give us fresh and happy thoughts. ~ John Lancaster Spalding More from Robert Muller: RobertMuller.org Subscribe to/or unsubscribe from Robert Muller's GoodMorningWorld.org

[GMW #1670] World Conference On Simple And Frugal Living - Without Over-Consumption, Unnecessary Human Greed, Monumental Waste, Marketing, Advertisements Wednesday 25 February 2009, Editor: Easy | RobertMuller.org | Contact | Subscribe | Unsubscribe | | GMW Blogs: English | Portuguese | Spanish | Tagalog | Dutch | Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 1 to 500 ~ Idea 295 ~ 1 May 1995 A World conference on Simple and Frugal Living should be convened by the United Nations in order to save the Earth's resources from over-consumption, non-replacement and depletion as a result of unnecessary human greed, monumental waste, marketing, advertisement, built-in obsolescence and excessive packaging. It is about time that we publish not only population statistics but also consumption statistics. Thus the population of the poor countries stands at 4.5 billion people and that of the rich countries at 1.2. But the latter consume per person thirty times more Earth resources than the former. As a result, in terms of pressure on resources, the rich population amounts in reality to 36 billion people. Which part of the world then must be considered overpopulated? * Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume III Chapter 6 The Rich Age The Hindus call old age the period of vanaprashta, the preparation for the beyond. In their view, the last goal of life should be to become a sanyassin, a guru (teacher), a holy person, a saint. What a wise philosophy that is! * UN News Sources - UN Chronicle, United Nations News Service, UN Wire News Archive New: References: Earth Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights Rights of: Children, Women, Indigenous People To Be Written: Rights of Nature, Birds, Animals, Fish, etc. Those who contemplate the beauty of the earth find reserves of strength that will endure as long as life lasts. [GMW #1352] Annual World Thanksgiving Report By The United Nations And Each Nation, Insitution, Corporation, Religion, Family And Individual

[GMW #1352] Annual World Thanksgiving Report By The United Nations And Each Nation, Insitution, Corporation, Religion, Family And Individual Friday 23 November 2007, Editor: Easy | RobertMuller.org | Contact | Subscribe | Unsubscribe | | GMW Blogs: English | Portuguese | Spanish | Tagalog | Dutch | Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 6501 to 7000 ~ Idea 6557 ~ In a speech on thanksgiving in the 21st century I proposed that a yearly national thanksgiving report be published by each government and a World Thanksgiving Report by the United Nations. The reports would list the benefits, blessings and progresses for which we should be thankful. All humans, starting from the individual and the family to institutions, corporations, religions, international associations, etc. should do the same. What an uplifting of human optimism, hope and faith this would represent! * Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II Chapter 9 Of Spirituality The Hindus might be right when they believe that our soul will be reborn into higher or lower life-forms, depending on our behavior. It is possible that there is a genetics of the soul as there is one of the body. The religions may have the right perception of a basic mystery of life. A good, moral, spiritual life, would lead to the rebirth of the soul in a higher form. A bad, immoral life would cause rebirth in a lower life-form. What do the biologists think of that? * UN News Sources - United Nations News Service, UN Wire News Archive Re: Idea 6513 from yesterday's Good Morning World [GMW #1351] Dear Robert: On this November 22nd day of Thanksgiving, I give thanks for many things in our world, but most especially for thinkers like you who use both mind and heart to see through to truth and share it with others. Your World Core Curriculum is helping to transform the world through the young people who are fortunate enough to be exposed to it. Let us pray that their numbers will be increased in the coming years and that this work along with many others now going on will have the needed effect of helping to enlighten humanity's approach to life. With love and appreciation to both you and Barbara, Nancy ~ Idea 6513 ~ It would be useful, if not essential for the salvation of the Earth and humanity, for governments to ask the United Nations to convene a World Conference on a Totally New Form of Government of the Planet, e.g. a world biological government; how to govern this planet so that the evolution of all life forms, including and foremost the human one, can continue and not be interrupted and put to an end by 19th century beliefs and by those who happen to have the power and resources acquired during the earlier period. Biology and the environmental crisis revealed that most if not all political and administrative divisions of this planet are biologically wrong because they were not created for that purpose. But we stick to them and the norms of antiquated cultures, languages, religions and many more reasons. This is bound to lead to disaster. We need a true revolution, a total rethinking of the planet and humanity. * From: Barbara Hello dear Good Morning World readers, Here is Robert's lovely harmonica photo and Decide to be Thankful poem.
