Humanity must adopt the Iroquois wisdom of thinking about the effects of its decisions on the seventh generation, which means in 500 years. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living Chapter 12 - Of Beauty and Arts Beauty is simply Creation and nature at their best. It is the heavens, the stars, the sun, the sky, the seas and oceans, the mountains, the valleys, the forests and fields, plants and animals, water, rocks, flowers and last but not least humans and their great works of art over the millennia which we hope will never die. * UN News: UN Chronicle, United Nations News Service, UN Wire Archive References: Earth Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights Rights of: Children,Women,Indigenous People To Be Written: Rights of Nature, Birds, Animals, Fish, etc. WORD FOR THE DAY Freedom is not given to us by anyone; we have to cultivate it ourselves. [GMW #2591] Disseminate And Implement Ideas & Dreams For A Better World

[GMW #2591] Disseminate And Implement Ideas & Dreams For A Better World Friday 16 Nov 2012, Editor: Easy | RobertMuller.org | Contact | Subscribe | Unsubscribe | Biography | World Core Curriculum | Store | NEW Facebook | Twitter | GMW Blogs: English | Portuguese | Spanish | Tagalog | Dutch | Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 1501 to 2000 ~ Idea 1588 ~ 15 November 1998 I am anxiously waiting for the time when I will have finished all 2000 ideas to see them indexed and submitted to the forthcoming Millennium Peoples' Assembly 2000 which will accompany the General Assembly 2000 of heads of states. Who knows, perhaps they will have an unexpected, welcome, even exciting impact on the year 2000 celebrations and on our entry into a new century and millennium. This is so promising that I have decided to finish the 2000 ideas by 31 December of this year. This will enable me to devote the entire year 1999 to their dissemination and implementation. --- Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,   Volume II  Chapter 2  Of Happiness Happiness is a shield against many external circumstances.  It can even transform external circumstances to its benefit.  I can say:  I am mad that it rains, or I am happy that it rains; I am mad to live in a village or I am happy to live in one, etc.  One can even be happy in prison. * UN News Sources - UN Chronicle, United Nations News Service , UN Wire News Archive References: Earth Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights Rights of: Children, Women, Indigenous People To Be Written: Rights of Nature, Birds, Animals, Fish, etc. HeartMath.com Hold yourself responsible for a higher standard than anybody expects of you.
