Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living Chapter 12 - Of Forgiveness Decide to Forgive For resentment is negative Resentment is poisonous Resentment diminishes     and devours the self. Be the first to forgive,     to smile and to take     the first step, And you will see     happiness bloom On the face of your human brother     or sister, Be always the first Do not wait for others     to forgive For by forgiving You become the master of fate The fashioner of life The doer of miracles. To forgive is the highest,     most beautiful form     of love. In return you will receive     untold peace     and happiness * UN News: UN Chronicle, United Nations News Service, UN Wire Archive References: Earth Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights Rights of: Children,Women,Indigenous People To Be Written: Rights of Nature, Birds, Animals, Fish, etc. Daily Ray of Hope Photo by Joan Amero | Portland, Oregon Flowers always make people better, happier, and more helpful; they are sunshine, food and medicine for the soul. ~ Luther Burbank More from Robert Muller: RobertMuller.org Subscribe to/or unsubscribe from Robert Muller's GoodMorningWorld.org Click on any of these tags-labels to see more entries from Robert that have the tag-label:

It will be the new, modern world democracy. These First Priorities As Secretary General of the United Nations are from the preface of The First Five Hundred Ideas Of Two Thousand Ideas For A Better World - A countup to the year 2000. Published August 1997. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living Chapter 12 - Of Forgiveness Rich nations should ask to be forgiven for stealing innumerable works of art from colonies and poor countries. Years ago I got a resolution adopted by the UN General Assembly asking for the return of works of art to their countries of origin. Each year some returns are being made. Thus the golden crown of St. Stephen was returned by the US to Hungary and the quetzal feathers coronation mantel of Montezuma was returned by Austria to Mexico. But these are only trickles. Many 'great' museums of the rich countries remain robbers’ dens. * UN News: UN Chronicle, United Nations News Service, UN Wire Archive References: Earth Charter, Universal Declaration of Human Rights Rights of: Children,Women,Indigenous People To Be Written: Rights of Nature, Birds, Animals, Fish, etc. Daily Ray of Hope Photo by Vicki Morrow | Snowy egret at Avila Beach in California To sit in the shade on a fine day, and look upon verdure, is the most perfect refreshment. ~ Jane Austen Photo by Vicki Morrow | Snowy egret at Avila Beach in California More from Robert Muller: RobertMuller.org Subscribe to/or unsubscribe from Robert Muller's GoodMorningWorld.org Click on any of these tags-labels to see more entries from Robert that have the tag-label:
