It is perhaps not for nothing that Jupiter and Mars became visible in 1999, a phenomenon which happens only every 200 years. Could it not be to remind us that they are both lifeless as are billions of other bodies in the universe except the Earth, that we should take good care of all life forms on her instead of destroying them at growing rates (more than 40,000 in 1999). The lifeless moon reminds us of that too every night.

"Something terrible happened. My fifteen year old daughter was killed in an automobile accident.
