As a result of a world food crisis in 1973 the UN FAO
(Food and Agriculture Organization) convened a World
Food Conference which established a World Ministerial
Food Council, a World Food Deficiency Warning System
and a World Food Reserves to meet emergencies due to
climatic changes and natural disasters.
Similar ministerial councils and warning emergencies systems should be created for all sectors of human activities and of the fate of the Earth. What a different world it would make! Don't be only consumers.
