I must repeat it: the United Nations must re-establish the following suppressed organs:

1. The Fiscal and Financial Committee of the Economic and Social Council and its Secretariat, the Fiscal and Financial Branch; one of their first duties would be to publish a yearly world budget, all national budgets and tax information.

2. The Commission on Multinational Corporations and its Secretariat Unit, the Center on Multinational Corporations created in 1975 and later suppressed.
