Dear Earth, what a distance has been covered and
ideas and values have changed since the first
world environment conference in Sweden in 1972!
The environment, a word barely known at that
time has become a major household word and
challenge all over the world.
The Earth: "Unfortunately, it has not gone far and fast enough. The world's environment and my nature and elements are worse today than they were in 1972."
