I recommend that all countries which received Marshall Aid after the second World War should give back this sum to the United Nations Development Program originally conceived as a World Revolving Fund to help the poor countries. When a poor country becomes rich it would then return the aid received to help poorer countries. It is not too late to do that.

Chapter 6 - The Rich Age
With retirement we disappear only from a given structure: a business, an administration, an institution, in which we had a role, an influence, an activity.
In retirement one can seek other structures: a new activity, associations, teaching, humanitarian causes.
I myself, upon retirement, sought to integrate myself into the vastest structures of all: nature, the Earth, humanity, the universe and time.
