We had eyes, ears and brains long before we had passports and a
nationality. Long before being Americans, Russians, Chinese or
whatever, we were human beings. The human society must be
reconstructed on that fundamental basis.

Adulthood, from about 25 to 60 years, twice the
length of childhood and of the old age, must be accompanied by
pride: the pride to make an optimum contribution to human
evolution and ascent, to produce one's seeds and fruits, to create
new life and to prepare well the next generation in the chain of
life. All other objectives must be contributing elements to that
function and ideal.
