I would not be surprised if soon radios, televisions,
computers and animated toys will be produced which can no
longer be stopped so that they will continue to play, to
advertise and to deteriorate sooner in order to be
replaced by new, more expensive models.
Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II Chapter 14 Of Writing
As
my life went on, my daily mail became ever more
voluminous. Sometimes in the evening, when tired, I throw
some of it in the waste-basket. But then in the middle of
the night or early in the morning I fish it out and answer
it, for it is a human brother or sister, another human
miracle who wrote to me.
