We must make the UN University for Peace and the Earth Council the
new United Nations, the Peoples' United Nations, a free academic
world body not ruled by governments, in a paradise of nature, a
child of Mother Earth in a demilitarized country, a still
miraculously preserved part of the Garden of Eden. Let us make
from there the entire Earth again a paradise.
