It would be a good idea to have on the grounds of the UN
University for Peace and Earth Council in Costa Rica a museum or
research center devoted to the Secretaries General of the UN. It
would deal with their ideas, efforts, failures, successes and
proposals for a better world and strengthened UN. Students could
write theses on such subjects.

eternity, immensely and enthusiastically.
