Many who work in menial, unimportant, unexciting, badly paid jobs
in the 'highly developed' countries ask themselves: "Why did my
parents give me life? Why did I have to go to school for several
years to get where I am? Was it really worthwhile?"
More and more of them decide to give up, not to get married, not to have children, some to turn to alcohol. This is perhaps why the western population will diminish by 40 million as we go to the year 2050. I cannot understand why the western world is still being admired as a model to be attained world-wide. How would we be judged by outer space beings?
