6 May 1997 Non-governmental organizations represented at the UN should actively contribute to these new items and collect any ideas and texts existing on human responsibilities and ethics. It will lead to a revolution in the philosophy of human life and society on this planet in the 21st century. A mother sings to her child. A couple sings and dances when falling in love. The whole world must learn to sing and to dance together. World cooperation must take the form of a festival, of a joyous world-wide song and dance. *
