Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 1001 to 1500
~ Idea 1026 ~
2 May 1997

An idea of Barbara Gaughen as we walked through the marvelous primeval forests of our Mt. Rasur peace park next to the University for Peace in Costa Rica: why not offer it as the site of the first World Ecological Exposition?

[And why not make this the first all World Video Nature & Ecological Exposition - from films submitted on YouTube throughout the year and edited into at least one 58 program each year for public access TV to broadcast to the world.

This way people do not fly in polluting aircraft and can spend the money they would use to travel on celebrating nature and ecology where they live.- Easy]

Volume II Chapter 13 - Of Speaking
In my whole life I have never delivered a single speech written by someone else.
And when I was writing speeches for the Secretary-General of the UN, my happiest day was when U Thant said to me:  "Robert, you have given me back my love for my work.  Again, I have pleasure to write and give my own speeches.  Here is the text you prepared for me.  I have rewritten more than half of it.  I hope you will  not object."  I embraced him instead.
