Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 1001 to 1500
~ Idea 1405 ~    16 May 1998

I hope that a student will write a thesis on the experience of the Ministry of Peace created by President Eisenhower, a former general, probably the first Ministry of Peace ever on this planet.

It was abolished due to the cold war.  Since that war is gone, it would be very useful to reestablish such a Ministry in the US and create similar ones in other countries.

Harold Stassen, the last US signer of the UN Charter still alive, was the incumbent.  His Memoirs and the US archives could be a good source of information, experiences and ideas.

There are too many circumstances in life for a human to master them all.

There are bound to be adverse ones.

Accept them with fortitude as unavoidable impediments on your journey.  Be happy that there are not more and bigger ones.

Do with them what a peasant does with the rocks he finds in his field:  build fences with them.

RSVP Dr. Robert Muller's Memorial Service fr Mark Popli.

Dear Barbara,

This is with much regrets at the loss and passing away of one of our very valuable statesmen and spokesperson, who reached out to leadership and fellow caring humans, on a national and international basis, specifically in the area of Global Peace, inclusive of Nuclear Disarmament.

We believe that which Dr. Robert Muller has shared, with much personal conviction, has and will be continually in the minds and hearts of the individuals, who are considering a positive change for the betterment of our neighbors and our planet. And further that they will have the continual motivation, to speak within their sphere of influence, and this in turn this will create a practical synergy, of a higher level of consciousness, that what affects one, affects all, among the nations.

Jonathan Granoff and his peers and colleagues, along with many key individuals, inclusive of Deepak Chopra, that I have had the occasion to spend time with over the years, and had the humble opportunity, to promote global peace, along with these and other well renowned individuals, who must at this time feel the great loss of our brother and colleague, Dr. Robert Muller.

Look forward to being at this Memorial Service and following time together, on March 11, 2011, to honor, hear and share the goodness of Dr. Robert Muller, with his family, colleagues and friends.

The very best, and once again, with much thoughts on the magnitude of this loss, of our beloved peace loving and true humanitarian. Please do feel free to call upon me, if I can be of any assistance before and during the above occassion.

Kind regards,
Mark Popli
