A world philanthropist should finance the printing
of a few hundred sets of my eleven volumes of 5000
Ideas for a Better World and send them to each head
of state (190 of them), each Permanent Mission to
the UN, all UN agencies, all national libraries, all
universities and to selected world newspapers and
big corporations. This might divert the ways to
catastrophes.
