If I were the Secretary General of the United Nations, I would change the name of the Administrative Committee of Coordination which brings him together every year twice with all the heads of the thirty-two specialized agencies and work programs of the UN. I would call it the Supreme Council of World Care (SCWC) and I would use it as such and have all its proceedings televised world-wide for the people to see. And I would appeal to the people to send to this Council or to him their ideas, their dreams, their wishes and their proposals.
