On my 82nd birthday in 2005 I read again the views I imagined of outer space visitors to our Earth 12 years ago (see Vol. I, Introductions to Ideas 201 to 300). I let them express their views on how they judge the situation now, whether we have made progress or not.
I recommend that a World Peoples' and Scientists Association be created to issue a yearly report to the United Nations General Assembly containing the views of imagined outer space beings visiting planet Earth!
