In my new capacity
as Lifelong Honorary President of
the Global Peoples' Assembly of
planet Earth I will propose that we
establish an Outer Space Committee
of impartial observers who would
every year make a report to humanity
on how we faired during that year. I
will recommend that this committee
be composed of astronauts who have
been in outer space and have seen
the Earth from the heavens.
That astronautic committee, in addition to judging how the Earth and nations are fairing, would recommend what next steps should be taken to make ours a perfectly administered, inhabited, happy planet and what further evolution is expecting from us. I had to work and look out constantly for it. I had to make it my ideal and highest purpose, during my entire life and beyond.
