I think it is high
time to consider new divisions and
categories of countries in the
United Nations, not limited to
developed and underdeveloped
countries or rich and poor
countries. For example,
overpopulated, reasonably populated
and underpopulated countries; armed,
militarized and disarmed,
demilitarized countries; countries
still amenable to further economic
development and countries which have
reached the limits of growth;
countries with an abundant and rich
nature and countries deficient in
normal, natural resources, etc.
