I recommend that the United Nations publish each year a report on the reduction of military expenditures of member countries, on demilitarization and on the closing of military bases. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II Chapter 15 - Of Beauty and Art Art which does not "move", inspire is not art, even if it stands in museums or costs huge sums of money.
