My First Priorities If I Were Secretary General of the United Nations
4. I would address all Parliaments of the world in person or via television, since the Charter of the United Nations starts with the words: We, the Peoples. I would address first of all the Congress of the country which is the birthplace, inspiration and main contributor to the United Nations, the United States. I have never bought a factory produced card. Over time my Decide to messages and Dreams spread to numerous people around the world.
