I will write a letter to the French and German Prime Ministers to congratulate them on the European Union and suggest that they should convene a World Conference on creating more regional unions of the type of the European Union. I will also strongly recommend to the UN Secretary General to convene two World Conferences on the Future of the Earth and of Humanity now that we have entered the third millennium.
