Governments should begin to offer tax incentives to deconcentrate some of their monstrous cities, to have people leave them and live in smaller communities including rural areas which have been abandoned during this century. A return of people to nature would be a great blessing for humanity, for our future and for the Earth. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II Chapter 2 Of Happiness Don't say: I will be happy tomorrow. Say: I am happy today. As the Latins said: carpe diem. Enjoy the day. We should not wait for a better world to be happy and to do our duty towards the planet and humanity.
