People should realize that: the non-drinking of alcoholic beverages, the non-consuming of artificially produced and treated foods, the non-buying of unnecessary "goods" are all of the same nature. They help purify, aerate our lives and bring them to their optimum functioning, self-realization and happiest essence. A thought, a talk not irrigated by the heart is dry, is insufficient.
