A great news in the newspapers: the fifteen heads of states of the European Union decided to open the Union to the Eastern European countries and to start negotiations with them.
This is a tremendous advance in the political history of the Earth and humanity, the fulfillment of the dream of my dear compatriot Robert Schuman from Alsace-Lorraine.
I submit these further ideas:
- That in the city of Metz, the capital of Lorraine, a Robert Schuman University be created which would teach scholars and students from all over the world how to create regional unions;
- That the United Nations considers the following item: study and consideration of the European Union as a model for a second generation United Nations and its transformation into a World Union.

Most of All they Taught Me Happiness
