[GMW #4554] Publish & Add To List Of Rights Policies, Their Efforts And Achievements

[GMW #4554] Publish & Add To List Of Rights Policies, Their Efforts And Achievements  Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000

~ Idea 4940 ~
There has been quite some progress since 1949 when the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the UN General Assembly was considered by some of the press to be just one more paper of the UN to be thrown into a waste basket.

In addition to its deep influence on governmental policies in most of the world there have been other progresses:

- human rights specifically directed to special human groups have been multiplying, for example the human rights of children, of women, of indigenous people;

- the birth of Declarations of Human Duties and Responsibilities (see ideas 1535, 1568, 1785 and 1970);

- the creation of Courts of Human Rights;

- the UN General Assembly Resolution on the Rights of Nature and the Earth Charter;

- the creation of tribunals to condemn the misconducts of governmental leaders;

I wish that a complete list of these efforts and achievements be published by the United Nations for the world's public.
