This is a great pity because that is a time when the world still needs their wisdom, ideas and unfulfilled dreams. At the age of close to eighty I am sometimes pessimistic too, feeling that I have not fulfilled my high objectives. But I react, write and publish ever more ideas for a better world. And I have the pleasant surprise and recompense that quite a few of them are being implemented! Yes dear retired leaders of nations and of great institutions, for heaven's sake write down and publish your ideas and dreams. Let us create a World Association of Optimistic Retired World Leaders and Visionaries.
