[GMW #3736] Publish Book Of All The World's Great Declarations Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 3001 to 4000

I wish that for this new century and millennium someone in the world would publish all the great Declarations made in the course of history to guide the ascending journey, progress and evolution of humanity, declarations like the Ashoka Code in India, the Code of Hammurabi, the Magna Carta, the French Declaration of Human Rights, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the World Declaration of Interdependence, proposed Declarations of Human Responsibilities, etc. Such a publication by the UN or UNESCO would be very inspiring.
