Barbara wants to run
for Mayoress of Santa
Barbara since a
beautiful neighboring
community where she
lives now called
Goleta located in a
magnificent nature
will be annexed to
Santa Barbara. I said
to her, "Yes, but you
should rather think of
running for Mayoress
of the World. Why
don't we start a
series of dialogs in
which I would ask you,
'As woman Mayoress of
the World, what would
you do?'" This could
be an interesting
contribution to the
solution of our
world's problems.
Mayors are closer to
the people and to the
Earth than far away
governments in their
capitals. Such a book
Mayoress of the World,
could be a useful
complement or
improvement of what I
wrote in my novel
First Lady of the
World in which a woman
becomes Secretary
General of the United
Nations.

I love the Hindu
concept of Trilokonath: one who
is able to live on three planes
- the plane of inner life, of
outer life and the life above,
the heavenly, cosmic, angelic or
spiritual life. This is the
cosmic, divine characteristic of
us humans: we can aggrandize
ourselves from our inner and
daily life to the totality of
humanity, of the planet, of the
universe and of infinity. It
applies to any group which has
an inner, an outer and a
spiritual, cosmic life. To
participate in these lives
aggrandizes our own personal
lives.
