1 September 1998 The new President of Costa Rica, has announced that he will seek the demilitarization of all of Central America and make it the first demilitarized zone on this planet. The University for Peace established by the UN in Costa Rica will show how many children can be educated with the funds released by demilitarization in other Central American countries. He will seek the establishment of a demilitarization fund for the region, to which the rich countries would be welcome to contribute. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II Chapter 13 - Of Speaking Every year, the UN receives a report on radio waves in the universe to detect if there are any other life forms in the heavens. Not a single one has so far been received. We might well be all alone and unique in the cosmos!
