I offer that the University for Peace created by the UN in a paradise of peaceful nature in demilitarized Costa Rica become the first University for heads of states, fulfilling the wish of Confucius when he lived in a China torn up by feuding provincial lords as is the world today by the feuding, competition and race of 185 nations. Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume II Chapter 13 - Of Speaking Speaking and listening are very precious, sacred, cosmic acts. Speaking is giving cosmic energy and time. Listening is receiving cosmic messages and enlightements.
