Idea Dream - Robert Muller's Ideas 1001 to 1500
~ Idea 1209 ~
1 November 1997

When I told this idea,
to compile a collection of visions of earthly paradise in human literature and visionary political science, to Barbara she said that she had the same idea, living here in the paradise of nature of Costa Rica, and that she started to write down a view of the achievement of individual paradise. Some of the elements she mentioned were:

no luxury
meditation
absence of trauma
absence of desires
absence of rat-race
absence of disturbances

I am anxious to see the result. She is also thinking of ordering T-shirts for gifts, with these words:

Life is a miracle
The Earth is a paradise

Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living,
Volume II Chapter 11 - Of Gratitude
What a paradise on Earth it will be when no one will hate anymore!
What a wonderful peaceful, love-capable world it will be when all governments will have adopted this same provision in their constitution:

"Aspiring sincerely to an international peace based on justice and order, the Japanese people forever renounce war as a sovereign right of the nation and the threat or use of force as means of settling international disputes. In order to accomplish the aim of the preceding paragraph, land, sea, and air forces, as well as other war potential, will never be maintained. The right of belligerency of the state will not be recognized."
Article 9 of the Constitution of Japan,
November 3, 1946

WORD FOR THE DAY
You don't get to choose how you're going to die. Or when. You can decide how you're going to live now.
