This reminded me that when we proposed to create a United Nations University, we heard the same comment: why don't you use our prestigious Universities, like Harvard, Princeton, Oxford, the Sorbonne, etc.? The fact remains that we need a whole series of true, universal, global Universities in the areas of common concern to humanity and to the United Nations.  The Earth itself, the world ocean, the atmosphere, outer space, the deserts, the Arctic and Antarctic, and humanity deserve global universities which would be of vital benefit to the human fate and to our planet. For example the changes in the global masses of bacteria which sooner or later might affect us.  I recommend a new global bacteriological science and the creation of a World Institute on the subject. All other invisible life forces at work on Earth should be studied and reported on, e.g. hormones which are making young girls into full women already at the age of eight years; or the preference of nature for females over males, because they have a longer role in the formation of a child in their body.  In several species, the male dies after the act of fertilization of the female.  Perhaps we will see the displacement of males in favor of women in the dominantly male leadership of politics, business, religions and other human affairs. We inflict upon this Earth and its nature so many colossal, rapid changes that it is essential to look into new natural counter-reactions, including the possible decision by nature to get rid of humans altogether.  Some scientists believe that the breakdown of the natural immune system of the human body (AIDS) and cancer are the first manifestations.
