Panama credited that meeting for having helped the conclusion of the Panama Canal Treaty, and the Addis Ababa meeting contributed to the solution of the problem of apartheid and the independence of Mozambique and Angola. | Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume III Chapter 6 The Rich Age | Each person on Earth should have a guru (teacher), a master, a sage, a confessor, a spiritual person to talk to, to turn to for advice. The function of guru should be adopted world-wide. Wise elderly guides should become gurus. The teaching of wisdom should be the main function of the third age, or age of vanaprashta, the "preparation for the beyond". * | | The best things in life are nearest: Breath in your nostrils, light in your eyes, flowers at your feet, duties at your hand, the path of right just before you. Then do not grasp at the stars, but do life's plain, common work as it comes, certain that daily duties and daily bread are the sweetest things in life.
