This concept is a possible answer for all those, anywhere on this globe, who find themslves suddenly displaced from their homes and lose all their possessions. It is a stop-gap measure until more permanent help can be arranged for them and reach them. One way of solving this problem would be to have on hand, ready to be dropped by plane, if necessary - Two-tiered garments, unisex, A-line, one size fits all...the outer shell consisting of water-proof material that can be unfolded into a tent, with necessary rods inserted in the hem and lining...the inner shell would be of weather-adaptable cloth, containing myriad pockets, filled with NASA-type food, tubes of water, and all other necessities, providing sustenance for at least three days, or until rescued.
