I would request the early installation on the empty 39th
floor of the UN of a World Peace Room, at least as
sophisticated and well equipped as the War Room of NATO, to
monitor world events and take earliest action on potential
outbreaks of conflicts and violence.
Volume II - The Art of Personal Happy Living Chapter 12 - Of Forgiveness I would like to see created a yearly World Forgiveness Prize which would be announced on 24 October, United Nations Day, declared International Forgiveness Day. UN
