No other single measure could be of greater importance for a more human settlement and distribution of the human population on this planet. An overall policy of human settlements is long overdue. The Habitat Office of the UN should be transformed into a full specialized agency, the Human Settlements and Migrations Agency.

| Robert's The Miracle, Joy and Art of Living, Volume III Chapter 8 The Life Beyond | "Look upon each day as a challenge, a test of courage. The pain will come in waves, some days more than on others for no apparent reason. Accept the pain. Do not suppress it. Never attempt to hide grief from yourself. Little by little, just as the deaf-mute, the blind and the handicapped, you will develop with time an extra sense to balance the disability, you will find new strength, new visions born from the very pain and loneliness that seemed impossible to master. We know, we must face it honestly, that life for us can never be the same again, but as the months pass, the seasons change, something of tranquillity descends, and although the well-remembered footstep will not sound again, nor will the voice call from the room beyond, there seems to be about one in the air an atmosphere of love, a living presence.... This feeling is simply there, pervading all thought, all action. When Christ, the healer, said "Blessed are they that mourn for they shall be comforted," He must have meant just this." - Daphne Du Maurier * | | Suffering requires us to descend into ourselves. As there is no other way out, we are obliged to call on the power of the soul and spirit. When we succeed in doing so, instead of groaning and crying out in rebellion, we exhale a delicate perfume.
