I recommend that the United Nations General Assembly receive each year a report on violence in the world, and that each regional organization such as the Organization of American States, the Organization of African Unity, the European Union, etc. receive yearly reports from the member governments on violence in their countries, and measures taken by them and by all institutions and social groups to be of assistance.

What is the greatest work of art on Earth? A healthy, beautiful, well-raised, loving child. Fathers and mothers are the greatest artists on Earth. A happy, loving family is more precious than any Rembrandt or Leonardo da Vinci painting.
It is the natural and perennial role of parents to teach, to warn, to protect, to guide, to help, to prepare, to "raise" their children.
Children, for their part, have their own predispositions, nature, vocations, gifts, talents, dreams, and loves. The result will be a blending of all these, of the past, the present, and the future.
And thus humanity proceeds on its incredible, cosmic evolutionary journey, molded in each of the Earth's hundreds of millions of families and children.
