decisions and
legislations
are the
exclusive
sovereignty of
nations, the
global
interests and
problems of
the Earth and
of humanity as
a whole are
dangerously
neglected.
I recommend that during national elections in all countries a board of ten prominent global thinkers should be elected. Each of these boards should elect one of their members to be part of a World Board of Global Thinkers headquartered at or next to the United Nations.
