Since at least two world commons have been created by the United Nations, namely outer space and the seas and oceans (which are seventy-one percent of the Earth's surface), I recommend that a Department of World Commons to be created in the UN. Its work and responsibilities would be of major planetary importance.

How do you stay positive in a world where young children are badly abused every day?
My friend told me today she witnessed a man yelling and swearing at his very young children and he dragged them down the street and threatened to abandon them.
It makes me very sad and it's hard for me to be happy when I know innocent young kids are suffering.
